Shipping & Return

Shipping within the USA:

We offer the following methods of shipping:

Standard Shipping for $3.00 or free on orders that subtotal over $50
(1 business day for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery).

Express shipping is free on orders that subtotal over $100
(1 business day for processing and 2-3 business days for delivery)

Expedited shipping for $5.00
(1 business day for processing and 2-4 business days for delivery)

Priority shipping for $15.00
(1 business day for processing and 1-3 business days for delivery).

Please note:

  • When shipping to an APO address, standard shipping will take about a month. Priority will take about a week to arrive.
  • These times are approximations and shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays. 

DOMESTIC: 

If choosing Free or Basic Shipping, customers on the West Coast generally receive their orders within 3-5 business days after shipping, while the East Coast can take up to 1-3 business days after shipping. All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday, pending there are no backorders or holiday delays. If you choose express shipping, remember, the estimated time it takes to get to you starts  after the product is shipped. So if you ordered 2-day shipping on Monday, it doesn't mean you'll get it on Wed. It means you'll get it 2 business days after it ships.

Next Day Air - 1 business day.   Orders ship the same day if the order is placed before 10 AM EST, otherwise the order ships the next business day, Saturday delivery is not included. 

INTERNATIONAL: 

International orders can take 1-4 weeks or more, depending on the country. We ship the next business day, but then the package has to ship to your country and go through customs. This process is different for every country. Some clear packages customs in a day or two, while others take weeks or even longer. After it clears customs, it then has to ship to your local post office, then finally to your house. Please be patient if you are shipping to a country that is known for customs delays or slow postal service. Also note, some items are not able to be imported into specific countries. Please research your country's laws before ordering.

NOTE: 

Please note, Our warehouse combines orders whenever possible if they are shipping to the same address.  If you are shipping within the US or Internationally to the same address and placing multiple orders over a 48-hour period, there is a chance the orders will ship together.

YES, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Depending on your country and the shipping service you choose, you may be required to pay additional import or customs fees by your government in order to receive your package. Any additional charges are the full responsibility of the customer and should be taken into consideration before placing an order. Vimergy is not responsible for paying fees imposed by customs. 

CUSTOMS

If a package is refused at by the customer or customs, discarded, returned, or destroyed it is the customers full responsibility for the order, and we will be unable to reship. If a package is refused or denied and we do happen to receive the package back you will receive credit for the items minus shipping fees. Shipping charges or any other customs fees are non-refundable. We recommend all International shipments to include their phone numbers in case of delivery issues. We are not responsible for following up on International orders if there are delays or delivery issues. Once it leaves the US, you will be responsible to contact your local post office and followup. 

Also note, some items are not able to be imported into specific countries. Please know your countries laws before ordering.

NOTE:

RETURNS

You must contact us and arrange for a return within 30 days of your purchase. All product(s) must be in their original, unopened package to be accepted for a return, unless there is a manufacturer defect

DAMAGES

If the package was damaged in transit you must contact us in 7 business days. We will happily replace any damages.

HOW TO START MY RETURN

If your product is eligible for a return, email us at hello@nurshplus.com for instructions on how to send the product back, and to receive a RMA return number. Returns can take 7 - 10 business days to process a refund once we’ve received the return.

Please note: Unless there is a manufacturer defect and we are contacted in 7 business days, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Order

We offer Gift Cards on our website. You may purchase online. Once you place the order, the gift card is sent via email to the email address tied to your account. You may then email or print the gift card with the code and give it to your recipient. 

Note: Only valid for orders shipping to a US address only.

What if I want the gift card to be emailed to my friend directly?

We do not have the ability to override this, however if you want the original email sent directly to your friend vs. forwarding below are the options we can offer:

If you have already purchased a gift card and it has not been used:

I can cancel the gift card and create a new one using her email address.  It would not show tied to your order history, however I can provide a receipt and your friend would get the secure email with the code.

If you have not purchased yet:

Online order

You can make a purchase online, using their email address. You can use her shipping address if you would like and your billing address for receipt purposes. After the transaction has been placed and confirmed, we can look up the order and email you a receipt as well if you would like. Otherwise any system emails are sent to the email address tied the order.

We will update your order with the tracking information right when it is shipped. Usually, it can take up to 12 hours before the tracking results are live. If your order has been delivered but you can't find it, please be sure to check your mailbox or with your neighbors. Since most of the packages are small, they aren't always left on the front porch, and sometimes just put in the mailbox. If you don't see it in either place, and have checked with your neighbors and the people in your house (or reception if in a building), please leave a note for your mail carrier and let them know it was scanned as delivered but never arrived. They will usually be able to track it and find it for you. 

If ordering during the holiday seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, it's not uncommon for all shipping carriers including FedEx and USPS to experience delays. Thank you for your patience.  

If for some reason you still haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 business days so we can look into it for you. After that time period, we are no longer responsible for the order and will be unable to process a refund if you didn't receive it. You can reach customer service at hello@nurshplus.com

Entered the wrong address? We are happy to cover replacing the product but asking the customer to cover the replacement package’s shipping cost.
